I manage and/or assist with assigned projects that will range from less than 10 users up to enterprise-wide solutions and serve as an adviser to other department team members. I manage the enterprise web filtering ( Web Gateway Security ) service, process and policy, analyze web content entering the network and provide metrics (trends, and events relating to all web activity) to upper management (Director and VP). I am responsible for the design and development of several departmental compliance and account role request applications. I am currently deploying a new Enterprise Web Content filtering solution and working on a Data Leakage Protection project, and serve as an advisor on Network Access Control.

Williams Interactive, Inc. was a company I formed that provided web application and custom software development services to pharmaceutical and financial services firms in the Princeton, NJ area. Clients have included Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merill Lynch, Prudential Securities, State Street, and Johnson & Johnson.

Site refresh of jnj.com, the corporate web site for Johnson & Johnson. Web site enhancements included "high-lights" of the day. Added resume submission and job search function to web site. Enhancements to web based content management system. Migration of content management backend from flat file system to MySQL database allowing for more robust site development and version control.

Developed various segments of Bloomberg's web site (energy, stock ticker, market indices ticker). Created a template-based web site framework that reduced site development time and slashed feature deployment time.

Contributed to the creation and development of very low bit rate video coding technologies for videophone and MPEG-4 applications.
